Prefabricated warehouse 2.4 meters x 5.4 meters

This is a prefabricated warehouse.

Addendum: On April 20, 2026, the wooden floor in one section showed rot due to a roof leak.
It is likely not from the ceiling, but rather condensation from the windows, which accumulated dust and leaked from the sashes.

It was used as a commercial warehouse, but I am selling it as I am relocating and it is barely used.

All remaining items will be removed before handover.

I purchased it used about 7 years ago and painted it black and blue about two years ago.
There are some areas where the blue paint has peeled slightly.

A roof leak occurred about two years after purchase, so a galvanized sheet metal roof was added on top of the prefabricated structure.
The leak has been resolved since then.

If desired, a 100-volt, 22-amp air conditioner used in another warehouse can also be included.

It was removed about three years ago, so I cannot guarantee it will work, but the refrigerant was recovered from the outdoor unit when it was removed, so I believe there are no issues with gas leaks or insufficient gas.

This is for buyers who can arrange for a truck.

When I purchased it, a 4-ton UNIC crane could not lift it, so an 8-ton or larger UNIC crane will be necessary.

April is a busy month, so handover will be from mid-May onwards.
