The tulle is detachable.
The size can be adjusted with the ribbon in the back, so it's close to free size.
At 161cm and 45kg, it was quite loose even when tightened. (See photo)
It fit perfectly at 50kg!
Since the size can be adjusted with the ribbon in the back, it's an M size but essentially free size.
Since it was on a sandy beach, the hem just barely touched the ground with sandals on. I think it would look super cute with heels on flat ground!
